Operating an aquarium, pond or aquatic requires using a variety of hoses. The ready-to-use water hose from Trixie is free from heavy metals and other harmful substances. The translucent green colour of the food-grade hose prevents the formation of algae which is much more likely to occur in a transparent hose. This makes it particularly suitable for use with external filters or for water changes.

Our tip:
Hoses can get bent out of shape or develop kinks. If this is the case, soak the hose in hot water for 20 minutes to restore flexibility and get rid of kinks and bends.
