Sera KH / pH-Plus, 100ml

Sera KH / pH-plus is a water conditioner that stabilises the carbonate hardness and the pH value in the freshwater aquarium and is available in different containers.

Sera KH / pH-plus is a water conditioner for stabilising and securing the carbonate hardness and the pH value in the aquarium. The carbonate hardness (KH) is one of the most important water values in the aquarium. Most of the ornamental fish kept in freshwater prefer relatively hard water. Sera KH / pH-plus buffers and secures the pH value, prevents biogenic decalcification and creates species-appropriate aquarium conditions, e.g. for East African cichlids.
In addition, the KH acts as a buffer, which prevents dangerous pH fluctuations, which otherwise may lead to dangerous acid spikes. For all community pools, the rule, therefore, applies to obtain a KH of at least 6 ° dKH (even higher for special fish species). This ensures the well-being of the fish and the aquarium water proves to be particularly resilient and easy to care for. Sera KH / pH-plus raises the KH precisely and sustainably to the desired value. The pH value is carefully increased and, above all, safely stabilised.

Dosage:
5 ml sera KH / pH-plus increase the carbonate hardness in 30 L water by 1 ° dKH. It is recommended to raise the KH in the aquarium by no more than 2 ° dKH per day. Both pH and KH should be measured 30 minutes before and after the addition.

Concentrations:
100 ml - for 600 hardness litres
250 ml - for 1,500 hardness litres
500 ml - for 3,000 hardness litres
2,500 ml - for 15,000 hardness litres
5,000 ml - for 30,000 hardness litres
