JBL CarboMec Ultra CristalProfi i60 / 80/100/200

The JBL Carbomec ultra ProCristal i60-200 is a super active and pelleted highly active filter carbon cartridge for use in the ProCristal i filter and is used for the quick removal of residues and discolouration in freshwater and saltwater aquariums.

Fine filtering
Carbomec ultra is a highly active pelletised filter carbon for removing medication residues, water discolouration, odours and high-molecular organic contaminants from freshwater aquariums. Carbomec ultra is set to pH 8 and therefore ideally suited for use in the pH range 7.5 to 8.5.

Safe use
CarboMec ultra does not release algae-promoting phosphates into the water and does not increase the conductivity. The activated carbon does not release any bound substances. Carbomec ultra is particularly suitable for use in Malawi and Tanganyika aquariums. Activated carbon should not be used permanently and should be replaced regularly.

Simple application
The completely ready-to-use JBL CarboMec ultra activated carbon filter cartridge with filter tube is simply placed in the filter instead of the filter sponge and previously rinsed several times under warm water, then rinsed with cold water. The cartridge should be removed after 2-3 weeks or when the problem has been resolved.
