Guidelines for Writing Reviews

We're glad you'd like to share your experience with our community. When composing a product review, please observe the guidelines below.

  • Your comments should remain fully focused on the product that you want to review. Topics such as the ordering process and customer service should not be addressed here - it's all about the product!
  • Keep in mind that the purpose of writing reviews is to be a source of information for other customers who are considering purchasing this product. Therefore, keep your review as constructive as possible.

Our guidelines prohibit the dissemination of any illegal content and the infringement of third party rights. We reserve the right to not approve or delete after detecting user reviews that contain the following content:

  • information not about or completely irrelevant to the product;
  • profanity or other language considered inappropriate for a public forum;
  • language not comprehensible to the website's target audience;
  • advertising, spam or improper references to other products, offers, websites or specific competitors;
  • email addresses, phone numbers or other personal or contact information;
  • derogatory comments about other reviews or testimonials;
  • false factual claims relating to our products or services;
  • images that show improper use of our products;

Reviews and testimonials are human-reviewed for compliance with these guidelines prior to being published, although we reserve the right to introduce algorithmic decision-making to support this. Complaints submitted as part of our notice and action mechanisms will be processed and responded to immediately. When complaints are received, the content referred to will be reviewed on the basis of our guidelines and, if necessary, deleted completely, and we will endeavour to resolve them promptly.
