Garnelenhaus Shirakura Liquid Mineral Ca+, 100 ml

Soft water is low in mineral content and can negatively affect water quality. Water values are very important for farmed shrimp as unstable values can cause colour loss and moulting problems.

Shirakura Liquid Mineral Ca+ contains essential minerals and trace elements that ensure good health and the natural development of bee shrimp! It increases the overall hardness of the water and adds important minerals to the water at the same time. Shirakura's Liquid Mineral ensures an ideal overall water hardness of 5 or higher for strong and healthy shrimp shells. If the total hardness in the aquarium is below 5, you can increase the values with Liquid Mineral Ca+.

How to use and dosage recommendation:

For new installations: Add 5 ml (approx. 60 drops) Liquid Mineral Ca+ to 10 litres of aquarium water. Add the product directly to the water.

For aquariums with existing shrimp stock: Add 5 ml (approx. 60 drops) of Liquid Mineral Ca+ to 10 litres of aquarium water. Add the drops over several days. Mix the changing water beforehand.

1 drop/1 l water = + 1° total hardness

Note:

The correct water values are extremely important for bee shrimp breeding. The water values aimed for are:

• Carbonate hardness 0-2
• pH below 7
