Description
Your fish and all other residents should feel as comfortable as possible in an aquarium because this is where they spend their entire lives. Good water values are therefore crucial for good health. If these are not correct, the animals can become ill and possibly even die. In order to achieve good water quality, it is necessary to regularly reprocess the water in the aquarium. Especially when refurbishing, but also when changing partial water, it is, therefore, necessary to prepare the tap water to suit the fish.
With the Dennerle Shrimp King Shrimp Salt GH + / KH + you can create ideal water values for the successful breeding and keeping of your Neocaridina or Tiger prawns such as sakura, White Pearl, Rilis, Blue Pearl but also all forms of Caridina mariae. The Shrim Salt GH + / KH + is ideal for the specific hardening of osmosis water, rainwater or fully demineralised water and was specially developed for shrimp that require a basic pH value. The Shrimp Salt GH + / KH + contains all the vital minerals, trace elements and vitamins that shrimp need for healthy and balanced growth, the colours and reproduction. Shrimp Salt creates water with higher total and carbonate hardness, as the shrimp are used to from their natural locations. At the same time, it promotes the performance of the filter bacteria and plant growth. The salt is quickly soluble and easy to use.
This multi-mineral salt has vital vitamin C and a vitamin B complex and creates a biologically balanced calcium-magnesium ratio. This provides the best conditions for easy moulting and successful breeding.
Application:
Add 1 level measuring spoon (approx. 6g) to 40 litres of osmosis water and you will receive the following recommended water values: total hardness 6-8 ° dGH and/or conductivity of 300-400 µS / cm (microsiemens), as well as a neutral to slightly basic pH Value of approx. PH 7.0-7.5 (depending on the initial water, substrate, stones and roots). You should stir the shrimp salt into water in a separate container. After a short time, the salt is dissolved and the water can be used. Do not add undissolved components to the aquarium.
Our expert Oliver Knott recommends:
With the Shrimp Salt GH + / KH + it is now child's play to successfully keep and breed shrimp!
