With the Tetra CV 4 non-return valve, your air pump is protected against water ingress into the pump, even if the pump is sometimes lower than your aquarium! In the event of a power failure, you no longer have to worry about your pump breaking. Tetra has high-quality standards for this small accessory.
Our note:
Return safety devices for air do NOT work with CO2! The return safety devices for CO2 are also not suitable for air lines because the pressure of the air pump is not sufficient to open the CO2 return safety device.
