Description
Reef Putty® Adhesive from Nyos® is a soft two-component adhesive that can be used both above and below water and is ideal for attaching corals, reef structures and much more! It is silicone-free, has a working time of 45 minutes and hardens completely. It binds well with reef structures, corals, glass, plastic, PVC pipes and much more - and will get eventually become overgrown by calcareous red algae.
Application:
- Wear protective gloves.
- Use a sharp knife to cut out equal amounts from both blocks.
- Remove the film from the pieces.
- Knead both components into a homogeneous mass - the adhesive is now ready for use.
- Working time: approx. 45 minutes
- Curing: after approx. 3 hours
- Final hardness: after approx. 24 hours
