Microbe-Lift pH Buffer 8.2, 250g

Specially developed for stabilising the pH value in saltwater aquariums. The natural mixture of salts and other ingredients ensures a gentle and long-term setting to an optimal pH of 8.2 - without affecting the alkalinity (balance of bicarbonate, carbonate and hydroxide ions). Harmless to fish and corals.

Application & Dosage: Add a level measuring spoon to 100 litres of water every 48 hours until the pH remains stable. Dissolve in 250 ml of osmosis water before use.

Tips around pH:

If the pH values are permanently low, check the CO2 supply of the reactor to exclude too much free CO2.

Always remove putrefaction (dead matter) immediately.

Check water values regularly.

Combine with pH Increase and ph Decrease for optimal results.
