As the name suggests, Aponogeton madagascariensis is native to Madagascar. Its unique, lattice-shaped leaves make it a beautiful addition to any aquarium. However, it has higher maintenance - it prefers moving water that is a little cool. It also requires regular rest periods with low temperatures and lower lighting.
