Description

The AQUAEL filter sponge STANDARD for the VERSA MAX Mini filter consists of a carefully selected, phenol-free sponge. They ensure efficient mechanical filtration of the water by collecting visible impurities and suspended matter. At the same time, they form a substrate for the growth of nitrifying bacteria for biological filtration.

Cartridges should be replaced regularly for optimal performance. Maintenance should only be carried out in the "old" water that was drained from the aquarium during the water change.
