AquaArt Glossostigma elatinoides

'Glossostigma elatinoides' is a fast-growing ground cover that is very popular for natural layouts. The low-stem plant does well with good light, sufficient CO₂ and soft water, and the light conditions should be very good. It does not like shade cast by other plants or hardscape as this will cause it to quickly shoot up. It should be given enough room to grow, even in nano tanks. Small aquarium dwellers find the dense leaves perfect as a place to take shelter or hide.

Glosso is a good choice if you prefer a natural-looking layout and/or wish to have several levels with plants. Symmetrical and large-scale inserts look particularly harmonious with ground cover plants.
